How much does shipping cost within India?

For orders within India, shipping is absolutely free.

  

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

For orders within India you should expect to receive your order within 6 to 8 working days 

For international orders, please expect your product within 10 to 15 working days of placing the order.

 

Are there any duties and taxes?

No, our prices are all inclusive of taxes.

 

How do I know my order has been placed?

Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email/ telephone or WhatsApp text.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

We only accept a return if you have received a wrong product or if it is damaged, within 48 hours of shipment delivered.

In the event that the piece doesn’t fit well you can request for a size exchange or alteration free of charge.

 

We do not offer refunds!

 

To process a size exchange  please email us on info@shopateliersoares.com with your order details, reason for initiating a return and a picture of the wrong / damaged product.

On receipt of your email, our customer service representative assist you within 24 hours.

 

What if I need an alteration?

 

You can email us with your order number and we will get back to you. Once your alteration request is received, you will receive a confirmation email from our end post which our customer service team will arrange for a pick up.

Our entire alteration process takes up to 7 days.
